High Voltage Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Direct the operation, maintenance, and repair of BOP & HV electrical equipment across renewable projects.
• Instruct and train site personnel in safe work practices, IR, battery testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with national/local electrical codes and company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in high voltage systems and substations, or a P.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• Working knowledge of renewable energy HV best practices, NEC requirements, and substation failure diagnosis.
• NETA certifications or other high voltage certifications preferred.

Working Conditions:

• 40% office environment, 60% field work at sites with required PPE.
• Travel throughout North America as needed.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.
