HR Manager, Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Central member of the HR team with close collaboration with management and the Head of HR
• Responsible for recruiting: from job profiles and adverts, through channel selection, managing external agencies and active sourcing, to interviews and supporting candidates through to the hiring decision
• Further development of HR concepts and processes (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, talent & performance topics)
• HR generalist in day-to-day operations – from onboarding to offboarding – and the primary contact for employees and managers
• Take ownership of projects and drive their implementation together with the HR team

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in generalist HR, with a clear focus on recruiting (including collaboration with external service providers/agencies)
• Conceptual thinker
• Enjoy shaping processes and thinking beyond operational day-to-day tasks
• Independent, structured working style with the ability to keep track of multiple projects
• Highly communicative, open personality with enthusiasm for a startup environment
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken (at least C1)
