The HR Operations Specialist (International) plays a key role increating a great employee experience while ensuring smooth andreliable HR operations across their region. This role combineshands-on HR administration with Office & Feelgood Management,making it ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection ofpeople, organization and culture. You will support the local HRManager throughout the employee lifecycle and act as a trusted pointof contact for employees. In addition, you will actively contributeideas that strengthen our company culture and create an engagingand welcoming workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a great host by warmly welcoming employees, guestsand external partners and interacting with them openly andprofessionally
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of ouroffice and create a welcoming, well-organized and enjoyableworking environment
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the employeeexperience and continuously develop our workplace bybringing creative ideas and initiatives to life that strengthenemployee engagement, wellbeing and our company culture
- Organize and coordinate team and culture events, includingSummer and Christmas Parties, End-of-Month Lunches,employee birthdays and other ad-hoc activities
- Partner with our global Culture and Sustainability teams toexchange ideas, coordinate local activities and share bestpractices across regions
- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-partysuppliers, such as cleaning services, craftsmen and otheroffice-related vendors
- Provide operative and administrative support to the HRManager throughout the employee lifecycle in a confidentialand sensitive manner, including onboarding, offboarding,employee documentation and general employee requests
- Support HR administration for the specific region, includingthe preparation and coordination of employment contracts,contract amendments and other employee-relateddocuments
- Support the HR Manager with benefits administration,including coordination with benefit providers and otherexternal vendors
- Ensure employee data and documentation are accuratelymaintained and up to date across HR systems and personnelfiles
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional experience in Office Management/FeelgoodManagement or a service-oriented environment such ashospitality, hotel, tourism or gastronomy
- Alternatively, initial HR experience through internships,working student positions or similar roles, combined with astrong interest in HR Operations and Office Management
- Good interpersonal skills with an open, approachable andempathetic personality, making it easy for you to buildpositive relationships and understand the needs ofemployees, colleagues and guests
- A reliable, independent and hands-on working stylecombined with a genuine interest in people, culture andcreating a great workplace
- Strong passion for organizing events from scratch andcreating memorable experiences and unforgettable momentsfor our employees
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new ideas, eventsand initiatives that improve the employee experience andstrengthen our company culture

- Good organizational skills with the ability to structurepriorities, manage deadlines and keep track of details acrossdifferent areas of responsibility
- Ability to work with budgets, monitor spending and maintainfinancial discipline
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, particularlywhen handling employee data and documentation
- High level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity whenworking with sensitive HR information
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Personio,HiBoB, BambooHR or similar systems is a plus
