The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as subject matter expert for Leaders and Team Members as it relates to day-to-day Human Resources (HR) operations within the organization. The HRBP acts with utmost discretion when supporting in the areas of employee relations, workplace investigations, policy clarification, performance management, and education on legislative changes and best practices. The HRBP provides guidance and support to internal customers regarding HR policies and procedures and may need to engage with external HR teams as needed. The HRBP is responsible for coordinating and implementing the execution of HR initiatives and acts as a steward of our Cultural Beliefs in creating and maintaining an inspiring workplace.
The ideal candidate will be located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone.

The starting compensation for the role will be at $68,000-$72,000. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography, and operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
