Industrial Controlling Specialist

In this role you will support the Wuppertal plant’s financial management, drive cost control and budgeting, and own the annual planning for a high-revenue unit. You’ll partner with operations to ensure accurate stock management and timely bookings while optimizing key efficiency KPIs. • Support the Wuppertal Plant Manager on financial and economic matters
• Participate in monthly reviews and analyses of cost accruals
• Prepare and optimize key efficiency KPIs (material, efficiency, variable costs)
• Assist cost forecasting and budgeting for transparency and accuracy
• Lead the quarterly WIP inventory process
• Act as a business partner for core operational processes with focus on stock management and timely postings
• Own the annual planning process for the plant (approx. 300M revenue)
• Perform product cost calculations and comparative analyses

• Degree in Business Administration with Finance/Controlling focus or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in industry
• Independent, structured, goal-oriented work style
• Strong collaboration with operational departments
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, especially SAP FI/CO/BW
• High flexibility, resilience, and commitment
• Proven English proficiency
