INFRASTRUCTURE PROCESS & AUDIT MANAGER (m/f/d)

In this role you will establish and govern IT processes to align with information security and regulatory requirements. You will bridge IT and business teams, lead process structuring and audits, and drive standardized tool chains for consistent documentation. You’ll work with risk, security, and third parties to ensure compliance and transparent reporting. This is a pivotal position in maintaining a robust, audit-ready infrastructure across a global FX platform.

• Perform gap analysis and formalize internal IT processes
• Advise the Group Executive Board on process improvements
• Structure and document existing processes
• Lead teams through standardized workflows to ensure compliance
• Manage IT audits in collaboration with Information Security
• Create company-wide tool chains for standardized processes and documentation
• Prepare and organize IT audits
• Oversee 3rd party provider management and respond to customer inquiries
• Participate in internal risk and security decisions
• Establish reporting and KPIs for internal and external providers or consumers

• Strong ability to create structure and organization
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with IT and business stakeholders
• Extensive regulated-environment experience focusing on process definition
• Experience in IT audits (participating or conducting)
• Familiar with ITIL, CobIT, and ISO 27k
• University degree in computer science or comparable experience
