Integrated Operations Assistant — Candidates with Disabilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase recovery and monitor performance of e-commerce and financial services partners.
• Monitor overall e-commerce performance using key metrics (KPIs).
• Analyze trends, competitors, and the market to identify the best business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Support partners on how Méliuz works.
• Produce reports and insights on area processes.
• Propose and implement improvements to these processes.
• Track the team's key metrics.
• Interact with a variety of e-commerce and financial services partners.

Requirements

• Be a person with disabilities (PCD) and provide a medical certificate.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in data-related fields, engineering, or business/administration.
• Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Interest in technology, innovation, and applied artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Knowledge of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to processes (e.g., Vibe Coding, n8n, Claude, etc.).
• Course or certification in process management.
