IT Engineer (m/w/d) - PPM Project Portfolio Management Applications Administrator

In this role, you will administer and develop PPM project portfolio management applications and time tracking tools to support project execution. You will ensure data integrity, system performance, and cybersecurity while collaborating with PMOs, business teams, and IT. You’ll manage configurations, monitor incidents, and integrate tools with Group systems via APIs and middleware. You’ll contribute to evolving solutions for project and requirements management and provide level 2/3 user support, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Administer, maintain and develop PPM applications and time tracking tools; ensure performance, reliability, and security
• Ensure data and process consistency in collaboration with business teams, PMOs, project managers and IT
• Manage applications and their environments, including configuration and access rights
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents (technical and functional)
• Ensure integration with Group systems (ERP, HR, finance, EDM) via APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with software vendors and external partners for incidents and development
• Participate in integration and evolution of new solutions for project and requirements management
• Provide level 2/3 user support with a solution-oriented approach
• Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
• Anticipate technological developments in solution architecture, especially AI

• Higher education degree in IT, information systems or engineering; 5–8 years of application administration experience
• Experience with PPM tools (Planisware or equivalent) and time tracking tools
• Knowledge of requirements management tools is a plus
• Proficiency in Windows Server and/or Linux environments and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
