IT Support Engineer (Chinese Speaker)

Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer (Chinese Speaker) to join their business in Germany .

Responsibilities

• Provide full workplace technology support in Chinese, English.
• Maintain all the infrastructure environment, including meeting room, server room, application system, IT platform etc.
• Monitor IT platform and network quality System, platform, and network troubleshooting, tracking and detection, and assistance in testing and repairing.
• Participate in the analysis and deployment of IT platform and system Implementing IT project, including infrastructure environment upgrade, IT platform and system go live.

Requirements

• 2– 4 years of experience in Desktop Support or System Administration.
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing hardware and software (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams).
• Experience managing physical server rooms, including rack mounting, cable management, and environmental monitoring.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting).
• Familiar with Windows/Mac OS, Office 365 administration, and cloud‑based IT service management (ITSM) tools.
• Experience assisting in IT "Go‑Live" events, hardware refreshes, and office‑wide system upgrades.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft 365 Certified are desirable.
