Junior Kotlin / Java Software Engineer - Clearing & Settlement (m/f/x)

In this role you contribute to the development and evolution of clearing and settlement services using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot. You will work in cross-functional teams, applying agile practices, Domain-Driven Design, and automated testing to deliver reliable financial workflows. You will build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS, with a focus on maintainability, security, and continuous delivery. • Develop and evolve clearing and settlement services using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and participate in agile practices
• Build and operate cloud-native apps on AWS (ECS, Lambda)
• Support delivery via infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
• Write clean, secure, well-tested code with team guidance

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Practical experience with Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, API development, relational databases, and automated testing
• Interest in Domain-Driven Design and translating business requirements into software
• Curiosity about cloud-native development, distributed systems and AWS
