Lead Consultant - Lending (CML/CMS) (m/f/d)

In this role you will drive S/4HANA lending implementations for Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) and Collateral Management (CMS) in a fast-growing cloud environment. You work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to enable transformation projects that improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency in financial services. You shape end-to-end lending solutions and stay current with industry trends, contributing to SAP Fioneer’s mission of innovative financial software. • Deliver S/4HANA Lending implementations (CML/CMS) for customers
• Engage with stakeholders and provide customer-facing guidance

• 2–5 years of consulting experience implementing S/4HANA Lending modules (CML/CMS)
• Strong understanding of banking lending processes
• Solid grasp of functional processes and integrations within lending
• Customer-facing experience and stakeholder interaction
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving solutions
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or Economics
