• Lead electrical design packages for hyperscale power systems (distribution, UPS, switchgear, emergency power, backups)
• Coordinate with mechanical, CSA, and architectural teams for integrated designs
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Lead value engineering, design optimisation, and buildability reviews
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to maintain design intent and quality
• Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers on the project
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements
• Support construction-stage queries, site coordination, and commissioning

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Extensive experience designing electrical systems for hyperscale or mission-critical data centres
• Strong understanding of power distribution, UPS, standby generation, and redundancy
• Proven experience leading electrical design teams on large-scale, technically complex projects
• Familiarity with BIM and other digital design coordination tools
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; German advantageous
• Willingness to be based in Frankfurt for the project duration
