Overview

As Team Leader MV/LV in the Electrical Engineering department, you guide and develop a motivated team responsible for electrical power supply, lighting, drives, cabling, PV systems, grounding, and protection. You coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement innovative technical solutions for industrial plants. You manage projects to meet quality, safety, and legal standards while optimizing processes and resources. You will shape standards and foster open knowledge sharing, driving impactful engineering work.

Plan, execute, and monitor projects in electrical protection and energy systems
Ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with technical and legal requirements
Collaborate with specialized departments and external partners
Implement innovative technologies aligned with project/customer requirements
Manage project and team budgets and resources
Contribute to development of technical standards and best practices
Promote open communication and knowledge sharing within the team

Zentrale Anforderungen

Extensive experience (>10 years) in MV and LV within industrial plants
Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in the engineering sector
Profound knowledge in planning, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems
Proficiency with system-relevant norms, standards, and regulations
High communication skills and team orientation
Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality in solving complex technical challenges
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English for leading an international team
Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
