Lead Electrical Engineer (MCF/ Data Centres)

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you will guide electrical design for mission-critical data centres, collaborating with global teams to deliver safe, reliable power and security systems. You’ll model designs in 3D/BIM and develop robust electrical solutions from DC to substation levels. You’ll work in Brown Field contexts, ensuring safe, compliant live-site execution and risk-aware delivery. This role combines technical leadership with client-facing and cross-functional coordination to drive resilient data centre infrastructure.

• Manage and deliver electrical work packages across multiple projects
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; ensure information flow to contractors, vendors, and authorities
• Write technical specifications and reports
• Assist project manager with costs and risk assessments
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for technical development
• Review contractor pre-qualifications and tender evaluation summaries
• Evaluate proposals and advise client on vendor selection
• Prepare tender technical specifications
• Represent on factory acceptance tests and site testing & commissioning
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years in electrical design and/or installation
• Strong knowledge of standard industry practices
• Understanding of clients' daily operational needs
