Lead Procurement (Service)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and logistics processes
• Standardize ordering and approval procedures
• Create and enforce work instructions (ISO, compliance)
• Provide technical leadership within the service organization
• Operational procurement
• Manage the entire procure-to-pay process
• Ensure timely material availability
• Maintain close coordination with Service Sales and Service Operations
• Supplier management
• Select and develop national and international suppliers
• Negotiate prices, lead times and availability
• Build strategic partnerships
• Performance and cost management
• Monitor delivery performance, quality and costs
• Identify optimization potential
• Warehouse and inventory management
• Control and optimize stock levels
• Analyze key metrics (turnover, availability)
• Ensure demand-driven stocking
• Planning and forecasting
• Conduct demand analyses
• Prepare forecasts in coordination with Sales and Operations
• Ensure delivery capability in case of limited availability
• Consider the impact of purchasing conditions on project margins
• Maintain high transparency for orders and delivery dates
