Lead/Principal Management & Technology Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

As a Principal Value Engineer, you guide customers through the end-to-end value journey of Celonis, turning strategic priorities into high-impact use cases and measurable business outcomes. You act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping value roadmaps, and driving adoption and renewal with cross-functional teams. You’ll blend process expertise with consulting skills to deliver tangible impact across industries, partnering with Sales, Services, and ecosystem partners. This role offers strategic influence, platform-driven transformation, and opportunities to scale value across customers.

• Identify and frame value by translating customer priorities into Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win new customers
• Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects and articulate the value roadmap to executives
• Lead value workshops to identify process improvements and quantify opportunities
• Develop improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present realized value results to senior management and C-level stakeholders
• Own the end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adoption, renewing
• Create strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide product feedback to enhance Celonis platform and apps

• Analytical experience focused on delivering value through data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment
• Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or related internal roles
• Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS (e.g., SAP); experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps, or action flows
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; ability to collaborate with IT teams
• Experience identifying use cases for process improvement and deploying improvement measures
• Project management experience managing multiple projects across accounts
• Executive stakeholder management with strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or comparable program
