MAC Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you drive workplace transformation projects for corporate clients, spanning small refurbishments to large relocations. You will lead end-to-end MAC projects, coordinating clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget while aligning with sustainability goals. You’ll act as the primary client contact, shaping solutions and ensuring smooth program delivery. • Lead and coordinate smallworks refurbishment and interior fit-out projects in corporate offices
• Manage scope, programme, budget and quality for smallworks
• Oversee contractors, installers and suppliers with contractual oversight
• Supervise on-site delivery ensuring QHSE compliance
• Identify and manage risks and stakeholder expectations throughout projects
• Manage MAC projects end-to-end: relocations, reconfigurations, additions and decommissioning
• Serve as primary client-facing contact from initiation to handover and post-project follow-up
• Plan and execute moves per the MAC Playbook and project toolbox (move matrix, RACI, stakeholder register)
• Manage FF&E inventories and apply Circular Economy Policy (reuse, donation, sustainable disposal)
• Coordinate dismantling, transport, reconfiguration and delivery of furniture and equipment
• Carry out FF&E audits to support decision-making
• Prepare quotes, scopes of work and contract variations
• Monitor project margins and fee revenue; identify opportunities for additional scope
• Analyse quotations and negotiate value-for-money outcomes
• Contribute to MAC service line business development in Germany
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, facilities managers, HR teams and local suppliers
• Prepare project reports and progress updates for clients and leadership
• Conduct evaluations and lessons learned; promote MAC services to clients

• Minimum three years of project management experience in corporate or facilities management
• Proven track record delivering smallworks, refurbishment or office fit-outs
• Experience with MAC processes (corporate moves, relocations, decommissioning) advantageous
• Knowledge of supply chain management, contract administration and working with contractors
• Commitment to sustainability and circular economy principles
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020+ and/or space planning or CAFM software desirable
