Managed Services Consultant

In this role you enable Sprinklr clients to realize value from the Unified-CXM platform at scale. You oversee onboarding, configuration, and ongoing success for enterprise clients, closing gaps and tailoring solutions to business needs. You train users, support deployments aligned to architecture, and collaborate with Sales and Services to grow accounts. You work cross-functionally to improve platform health and customer satisfaction, delivering measurable impact.

• Manage onboarding and configuration for onboarded Sprinklr clients to ensure ongoing success
• Identify platform gaps and design configurations to meet use cases and functionality
• Keep client configurations relevant to changing business needs
• Train and educate client users on platform use and best practices
• Oversee deployment enablement aligned with architecture and future client needs
• Maximize value realization for every client on the Sprinklr platform
• Support Sales and Success teams with client health insights to win or grow business
• Assist Services Directors to optimize client service related to performance and configuration

• Experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation
• Fluency in English and German
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrated passion for social media technology and client challenges
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple tasks
• Experience with social media management software is preferred
