Manager Global Controlling (d/f/m)

In this role, you will shape Henkel's global controlling roadmap to create long-term value. You will lead cross-regional transformation initiatives and deliver analytical solutions that elevate decision-making and efficiency. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the company to drive adoption and continuous improvement, while leveraging digital tools and AI to unlock insights. • Develop and implement the global controlling roadmap aligned with strategic priorities
• Cascade strategy across regions and ensure clear communication within the controlling community
• Lead global strategic controlling transformation initiatives across regions, functions, and business units
• Initiate and manage end-to-end controlling projects to create analytical solutions and optimize processes
• Support deployment and sustainable adoption of new solutions with value realization
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders across Henkel to enable collaboration and execution
• Identify opportunities from digitalization, automation, and AI to improve insights and efficiency
• Prepare executive-level analyses, business cases, and recommendations for senior finance leadership

• Master's degree in business administration or similar
• Minimum 5 years' experience in finance/FP&A/controlling or related field with proven value-delivery experience
• International working experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid understanding of financial statements and processes
• Strong digital and innovative mindset with ability to leverage technologies for transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, self-driven
• Strong learning agility, curiosity, and collaborative team spirit
