Manager Market Segment

As a Foodservice portfolio lead, you shape and activate our product range across markets. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Pricing, and Sales to align initiatives, benchmark against competitors, and identify menu-based growth opportunities. You’ll support customers, coordinate with the Account Manager for key accounts, and drive portfolio updates and internal trainings. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and customer engagement in a global matrix setup, offering meaningful impact on nutrition-forward offerings.

• Manage assortment within the product and market segment organization
• Define a roadmap to drive business in Market Segment with the Market Segment Head
• Collaborate with R&D, Pricing, and Sales to align and steer projects
• Monitor competitors and prepare competitive analyses
• Analyze customer menus and identify direct/indirect sales potentials
• Support sales by engaging with customers and participating in visits/presentations
• Coordinate strong team play with the responsible Account Manager for key customer
• Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage
• Communicate updated portfolio information internally and externally
• Provide in-house trainings to deepen understanding of the Foodservice portfolio

• Minimum 5 years in Category, Marketing, or Account Management in Foodservice
• Experience with QSR customers in EUR + MEA (ideally)
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Food Technology
• Proven track record creating concepts and executing product launches for Foodservice
• Strong customer mindset with ability to engage and build partnerships
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Team player with hands-on, entrepreneurial thinking
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
• Enthusiasm for Foodservice concepts and products
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English; German beneficial
• Strong PowerPoint skills; ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Strong consumer insight analysis and ability to translate social media trends into offerings
