Segment Marketing Manager

In this role you will drive BG ICS design pipelines across regions, owning the system-level value proposition and market adoption for assigned segments. You will translate deep technical knowledge into market- oriented messaging and engage closely with account teams to maximize print position on critical reference designs. You’ll develop trusted relationships with design engineers and create technical marketing content to accelerate design-wins. This role offers impact by shaping how BG ICS is perceived and adopted globally, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with account managers, regional marketers, and FAEs to accelerate the BG ICS design pipeline across target segments.
• Translate component features into system-level benefits addressing engineering challenges.
• Create technical marketing content (application notes, reference designs, customer presentations) showcasing BG ICS at the board level.
• Maximize Nexperia print position on critical reference designs.
• Develop system-knowledge-based preferences to stimulate design ins.
• Build trusted relationships with design engineers and distributors.
• Support marketing initiatives to maximize BG ICS inclusion.
• Work with System Engineers and Regional marketing Managers to capture and scale success stories.
• Contribute technical content to raise awareness in design-engineering communities.

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum 5 years in technical marketing, application engineering, or product marketing in semiconductors
• Experience in Power Management and Signal Chain technologies is a plus
• Strong understanding of semiconductor applications, market analysis, and customer design cycles
• Ability to influence cross-functional global teams and travel internationally >30% as needed
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong project management, organizational skills, and execution excellence
