Manager Product Management - Integrated OR

Overview

In this role you shape the future of the Integrated OR by defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation solutions. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and clinical stakeholders to ensure products meet real-world needs and align with corporate strategy. You guide a Product Management & Marketing team toward high performance and customer value, focusing on interoperability of hardware, software, and workflow. You’ll engage with clinicians, customers, and key opinion leaders to identify opportunities and drive a competitive, profitable portfolio.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Define the product vision and long-term strategy for the Integrated OR portfolio in alignment with General Management
  • Translate strategy into a clear, actionable global roadmap
  • Lead and motivate the Integrated OR Product Management & Marketing team
  • Understand operating room workflows to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
  • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and engage with customers, clinicians, and sales at events
  • Provide voice-of-the-customer inputs and marketing specifications for R&D
  • Align customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals
  • Define and maintain article structure and pricing strategy for a competitive, profitable model
  • Monitor product performance and prepare quarterly reports (orders, revenue, pipeline, profitability, complaints)
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • 5+ years in product management in OR or related medical technology domains
  • experience leading teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • ability to gather user requirements and translate into a viable roadmap
  • experience launching complex products and managing lifecycle
  • excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills
  • analytical, structured, decisive working style with high attention to detail
  • business fluency in English; German a strong plus
  • willingness to travel up to 30%
