Manager Treasury & Capital Markets (d/f/m)

In this role you support Henkel’s Group Treasury within Capital Markets and Pension Asset Management to shape and execute the group’s funding, liquidity, and investment decisions. You collaborate with the team to manage inter-company funding, FX hedging, and relationships with banks and credit investors, while driving efficient working capital and sustainable finance considerations. You will deliver decision-ready analyses to enable funding choices and strategic investments, contributing to Henkel’s financial resilience and growth.

• Prepare and consult on decision-ready proposals for group funding strategy (bonds, commercial paper, acquisitions)
• Negotiate financings and organize inter-company loans and FX hedges
• Calculate and advise internally on interest rates (e.g., WACC) and funding costs
• Monitor and secure short-term liquidity via CP and other instruments
• Optimize corporate cash investments and seek new opportunities with risk/return in mind
• Maintain bank relationships including ESG-linked syndicated loan providers
• Support credit rating analyses and creditor relations (including M&A)
• Support eCommerce Payment Service Provider management and group-wide working capital (SCF)
• Keep up with sustainable finance market developments and implications
• Prepare management-ready analyses for decision making

• 3–5 years of relevant treasury, banking, or consulting experience
• Experience with financial contracts and negotiations
• Familiarity with inter-company loans and hedging, and liquidity management
• Proficiency with data analysis and financial modeling
• English fluency; German is a plus
• Knowledge of Reuters Refinitiv, Bloomberg, 360T, and ION’s WallStreet is a plus
