Sales Manager Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) (d/f/m)

In this role you drive the sales campaigns for Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD), with a focus on army air defence, to secure profitable deals and strengthen market position. You work closely with Regional Sales and program leads to shape campaigns, engage with industrial partners, and reinforce the Defence Digital footprint across Europe. You will lead commercial negotiations, assess risks and value, and ensure ethics and export control compliance. This position offers exposure to a strategic defense portfolio and cross-functional collaboration, with options for reduced hours.

• Design and implement IAMD sales strategies in coordination with Regional Sales and program leads
• Own commercial transactions, including cost/risk/benefit evaluations and negotiations
• Drive order intake to meet division technical and economic targets
• Reinforce Defence Digital footprint through ongoing engagement with industrial partners and associations
• Ensure strict adherence to Ethics, Compliance and Export Control requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with programs and regional priorities

• Master in Economics or Engineering, or equivalent military background
• Pre-existing network in the IAMD defence ecosystem and strong IAMD market knowledge
• Proven track record in defining CONOPS
• Proven ability to manage complex commercial transactions and strategic negotiations
• Ability to obtain NATO security clearance (or already possess one)
• Proficient English with strong writing and presentation skills
