Managing Director Crypto Europe (m/f/d) - Markets & BD

In this regional leadership role you will drive Europe-wide growth and market expansion for a rapidly growing crypto company. You will steer institutional business development and act as a high-visibility external ambassador to banks, asset managers, and ecosystem partners. You will shape market structure insights and regulatory perspective while identifying new revenue opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify the company’s European footprint and influence at conferences and stakeholder meetings.

• Significant leadership experience in digital assets & crypto and financial services.
• Proven track record in a Managing Director Front Office, Country Manager, or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of European financial services regulation, MiFID-related frameworks, and MiCAR.
• Demonstrated success in business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong network across European digital assets and institutional financial services ecosystem.
• Experience engaging regulators, industry bodies, and senior external stakeholders.
