Managing Director - Europe

In this role you lead the European arm of a global technology services firm, owning the P&L and driving growth across all service lines. You will shape Europe’s go-to-market strategy, build strong executive relationships, and develop a high-performance team. You’ll monitor market dynamics to inform propositions and M&A considerations, while strengthening competitive positioning. This is a board‑level, impact‑driven leadership role in a fast‑growing, cross‑cultural environment.

• Set and execute the Europe go-to-market strategy
• Own P&L across all service lines and regions in Europe
• Build and lead a high-performance, visible leadership team
• Analyze market dynamics to inform segmentation, propositions, and build-versus-buy decisions
• Strengthen competitive positioning via analyst/advisor insights and market reports
• Improve internal processes, forecasting, account planning and pipeline conversion

• Significant technology services experience across diverse service lines and verticals
• General management experience at scale (US$100m+) within Europe
• Track record of leading high-growth business units year on year
• History of building people and capability in a high-growth environment
• Strong commercial acumen and executive presence; able to operate in a matrix organisation and across cultures
• Graduate business qualification; MBA preferred
