Marketing & Events Specialist

In this role you drive Market Reputation efforts for Bain’s DACH region, elevating awareness among senior executives and high-value business communities. You will manage end-to-end B2B marketing and events, collaborating with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. You’ll blend event planning, digital content, and marketing automation to advance Bain’s reputation as a leading partner to ambitious leaders. Your work directly supports strategic visibility, innovation in campaigns, and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, coordinate and execute thought-leadership events, third-party partnerships, own hosted events and webinars
• Manage event lifecycle using tools and marketing automation, including building mailing lists, invitations, registrations, and digital assets
• Develop and coordinate compelling written and visual content related to events for digital channels
• Collaborate with EMEA and global Marketing to align with Bain’s brand and goals
• Track Market Reputation KPIs to optimize effectiveness and inform strategic planning
• Drive marketing innovation to improve programs, tools, and processes

• 3-5 years in B2B marketing and event experience in professional services, agency, or corporate environment
• Proficiency in planning and executing events (own-hosted, third-party, webinars, speaker engagement)
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; willingness to further develop skills
• End-to-end coordination of B2B marketing projects and campaigns
• Fluency in German and English; client-focused mindset and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
• Understanding of marketing objectives and strategies for local offices and industry practices
• Willingness to promote AI use within the Market Reputation Team
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, proactiveness, and teamwork
