Senior Product Marketing Specialist

In this role you drive regional go-to-market execution for EMEA, translating global strategy into regional reality. You will act as a bridge between global and regional teams to influence product roadmaps and messaging. You’ll tailor high-impact collateral and enablement tools to accelerate pipeline locally. You’ll gather insights and competitive intelligence to refine positioning and content for the region. • Support regional GTM execution and product launches across EMEA
• Localise global campaigns for key and emerging EMEA markets
• Optimize product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences
• Adapt global sales content for EMEA, enabling sales and partners
• Provide regional feedback to refine positioning and enablement strategies
• Tailor marketing assets (case studies, blogs, web pages) for the region
• Conduct market research on customer trends, industry shifts, and regulatory considerations in EMEA
• Share insights with global and regional teams to inform strategy

• 5+ years in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS, or related field
• Familiarity with IAM, cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions
• Proven PMM toolkit: messaging frameworks, launch plans, buyer personas, competitive battlecards
• Strong written and verbal storytelling skills in German and English
• Experience launching solutions to the EMEA region
• Understanding of enterprise buying behaviors, regulatory landscapes, and business cultures in EMEA
• Data-driven, strategic thinker with ability to adapt global messaging for regional needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent)
