In dieser Rolle steuern Sie das mechanische Gewerk auf einem großen Rechenzentrumsprojekt in Frankfurt von Design bis Abnahme. Sie koordinieren Subunternehmer, sichern Programm, Qualität und Sicherheit und unterstützen sowohl Beschaffung als auch Kostenkontrolle. Sie leiten Inspektionen, Tests, Inbetriebnahme und Kundenaushändigung und arbeiten eng mit dem MEP Lead sowie internen Teams zusammen. Das Projekt ist ein flagship data centre mit internationalem Kontext; Ihre Arbeit treibt den erfolgreichen Abschluss komplexer, hochwertiger Systeme voran.

• Managing mechanical works from design development through to final handover
• Coordinating mechanical subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Ensuring mechanical systems are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements
• Managing mechanical design coordination and technical compliance
• Tracking progress, resolving issues, and implementing recovery plans
• Coordinating interfaces with electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams
• Managing RFIs, technical queries, and change control
• Supporting procurement, cost control, and commercial reporting
• Leading inspections, testing, commissioning, and client handover activities

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Mechanical Engineer on large-scale projects
• Strong background in data centres, mission-critical, pharma, or other highly serviced environments
• Solid understanding of HVAC, cooling, and associated mechanical systems
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong focus on health & safety and quality management
• Willingness to be site-based in Frankfurt (rotational or expat basis)
