Medicaid Program and Policy Consulting Manager (Fully Remote)

• As a Medicaid Program and Policy Consulting Manager, you will work with state Medicaid agencies to implement new programs and administer current ones.
• You will be a success partner in building healthier communities and stronger futures.
• You will work remotely, hybrid, or in one of our offices, supporting clients nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead one or more client policy initiatives with a team, including policy analysis, client communications, and project tracking.
• Drive your development through an annual growth process in partnership with your supervisor and the learning and development team.
• Participate in new business development through research, proposal content, and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Seven to ten years of experience working for a Medicaid agency or consulting on Medicaid policy initiatives.
• Experience analyzing regulations and sub-regulatory guidance to inform program direction and manage projects.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Public Policy, Health Management, Public Health, or a similar field.
