MEP Lead – Dusseldorf, Germany

In this MEP Lead role, you will own the Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection delivery for a high-value data centre project in Dusseldorf. You’ll direct design through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and schedule alignment while coordinating with design, procurement and construction teams. You will lead a multidisciplinary MEP group, drive recovery plans, and maintain client engagement on technical matters. This position offers European project exposure, strong growth potential, and a clear impact on mission-critical infrastructure.

• Own MEP delivery from design through commissioning
• Lead and mentor the full MEP team
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Fire Protection packages
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement & construction
• Drive weekly planning, EHS & QA meetings
• Manage subcontractors, materials & installation sequencing
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures & specifications
• Interface with the client on MEP matters
• Track progress and implement recovery strategies; report to senior leadership

• Engineering degree or recognised MEP trade background
• 10+ years delivering large MEP packages on major projects
• Strong data centre or mission-critical experience
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary MEP teams
• Excellent technical, planning & client-facing skills
• Ability to drive quality, safety, schedule & cost performance
