National Sales Manager (m/w/d) Germany

Proclinical is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team within the healthcare and diagnostics sector. This role is responsible for driving commercial growth, developing and executing market strategies, and building a high-performing sales culture. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and deliver strong business results while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management to the German sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Coach, support, and develop the sales team to foster a high-performing culture.
• Monitor key performance indicators, implement corrective actions, and track success against targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, technical support, and customer service, to meet business goals and customer needs.
• Define sales strategies in partnership with the General Manager and contribute to budget planning.
• Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, tax, and ethical standards, as well as company policies.
• Exhibit professional behavior aligned with organizational values and vision.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated success in sales management, including leading teams and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system and market dynamics.
• Analytical and structured approach to business challenges, with project management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.
