Natural Language Understanding (NLU ) Technical lead

In this role you will lead the development of NLU/NLG solutions within a staffing-focused tech team in Stuttgart. You will shape QA and multi-domain goal-oriented dialogue systems and manage knowledge bases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled language capabilities. The role emphasizes hands-on software engineering, configuration management, and staying at the forefront of NLP/ML. This is a full-time mid-senior opportunity to impact how clients and candidates engage with AI-driven language tech.

• B.S. degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Knowledge of software configuration management
• NLP or ML knowledge preferred
• Strong interest in AI and its subfields
