The Mission of the Office Manager: We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to help create an efficient, welcoming, and productive workplace environment.

• Plan and coordinate team events, company celebrations, offsites, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the office and serve as the primary point of contact for office‑related matters.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management related to office operations.
• Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Welcome visitors, candidates, customers, and partners, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Coordinate meeting room schedules and ensure meeting spaces are organized and functional.
• Act as the liaison with building management, landlords, and facilities vendors.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, executive support, or a similar role.
• Startup experience is a huge plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with vendor management, facilities coordination, and office budgeting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and German.
