Offset Printing Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role you will set up and operate offset printing presses to meet job specifications and schedules. You will control ink, paper feed, plate alignment and registration to ensure high-quality output. You’ll run tests, monitor progress, and perform basic maintenance while ensuring compliance with customer specs and internal standards. You’ll contribute to a secure print environment, maintain logs, and support the team to achieve production goals. • Set up presses according to job specs and production schedules
• Adjust ink levels, paper feed, plate alignment, and register for quality output
• Conduct test runs and implement adjustments for optimal printing
• Monitor job progress and machine performance to sustain workflow
• Perform quality checks on printed/finished documents for alignment and finishing
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and carry out basic maintenance
• Follow job instructions and work orders to meet customer specs and standards
• Maintain accurate production logs and report deviations or issues to supervisor
• Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality in secure environments
• Support team members and shift activities to meet production goals

• Experience operating offset printing presses
• Vocational training or certification in printing technology is preferred
• Familiarity with secure print protocols and ISO standards
• Solid understanding of ink, paper, color theory, and press mechanics
• Ability to interpret layouts and technical printing instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
