OnBase WorkView Technical Lead

Description:

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise OnBase applications.


• Configure, develop, and maintain OnBase WorkView applications and Workflow processes.


• Architect scalable OnBase solutions based on complex business requirements.


• Provide technical leadership across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.


• Perform OnBase system configuration and administration.


• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving OnBase applications.


• Develop workflow, interface, and process strategies and translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Review application designs and recommend technical improvements.


• Mentor development team members on OnBase tools, standards, and best practices.


• Participate in coding, unit testing, debugging, deployment, status reporting, and issue management.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience developing and enhancing Hyland OnBase applications.


• Expert-level knowledge of OnBase WorkView.


• Expert-level knowledge of OnBase Workflow.


• Strong expertise in OnBase system configuration and administration.


• Solid understanding of OnBase Unity Client in enterprise applications.


• Experience with application architecture, production support, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation.


• Strong technical leadership, analytical, and communication skills.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.


• OnBase WorkView and/or Workflow certification preferred.


• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally to Harrisburg, PA.
