Operational Project Manager (m/w/d)

In this role you drive technical project management for complex construction projects, coordinating site activities and interfaces between customers, internal teams, and partners. You oversee planning, execution, and handover, with a focus on quality, deadlines, and budget. You will engage in early design discussions, support procurement, and assist during the warranty phase, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous development.

• Technical project management and site supervision of complex construction projects
• Early involvement from customer inquiry including technical design and proposal preparation
• Overall responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution through to project handover
• Interface role between internal departments, subcontractors, and external partners
• Participation in planning phase, specification preparation, and procurement processes
• Support during client meetings and project follow-up during warranty period
• Ensure quality, deadlines, and budget adherence across all project phases

• Several years of experience in planning and execution of projects in plant construction or project business
• Sound specialist knowledge in the construction industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant DIN regulations
• Very good IT skills, especially in CAD applications, Windows programs, and Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong teamwork, creativity, and willingness to travel
• Completed studies or training as a technician or master craftsman in technical field
