Operations Manager, Mental Health Evaluations (Fully Remote)

• This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, team leadership, and mental health service delivery.
• You will oversee the day-to-day performance of a clinical operations team ensuring high-quality, timely, and compassionate support.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as the primary operational liaison between clinical staff, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage escalated patient or case issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive follow-up.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and 1:1s to drive performance management and professional development.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in operations within a clinical, healthcare, or mental health setting.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams, including direct oversight of operational or clinical support staff.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.
