Organizational Development Instructional Design Specialist

Support Learning & Development, Content Creation, Instructional Design, Program & Project Coordination, and Communications
Create professional development and leadership training programs
Create learning content for defined audiences and adapt it for other adult learners
Coordinate with external coaching partners, internal clients, vendors, and team members
Manage multiple large-scale, multi-year projects simultaneously
Draft processes where they do not yet exist
Identify priorities and manage urgent and important work
Contribute as a working team member from the start with leadership support and limited supervision
Report directly to the SVP of Organizational Development
Help shape the growing Organizational Development department, including its culture, leadership, and organizational capability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
Demonstrated experience creating professional development or leadership training programs
Adult learning instructional design experience
Strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple large-scale, multi-year projects simultaneously
Ability to create content for defined audiences that can be adapted for other adult learners
Ability to manage relationships with external coaching partners, internal clients, vendors, and team members
Interest in Organizational Development, leadership, human behavior, and systems
Self-starter able to work without a script and navigate ambiguity

Demonstrates expertise in Learning and Development, with a focus on creating professional development and leadership training programs. Proficient in Adult Learning Instructional Design and capable of managing multiple large-scale projects while fostering relationships with various stakeholders.
