Partner Marketplace Development Manager (Remote, DEU)

As a Partner Market Place Development Manager, you will drive growth in Germany and Europe by expanding and optimizing the MP/Distribution partner ecosystem with Schwarz Digit as a strategic ally. You’ll own cross-functional execution across Marketplace, Distribution, and Reselling, delivering a granular business plan with KPIs and pipeline targets. You will champion CrowdStrike’s Sovereign Digitality positioning and advance a pan-European go-to-market strategy through a matrix-enabled leadership role. • Develop and execute Germany-wide partner plans with Schwarz Digit/STACKIT to build sustainable pipeline and exceed sales quotas
• Manage Schwarz Digit as the primary relationship for Marketplace, Distribution, and Reselling, driving alliance maturity
• Create and own a detailed business plan for Schwarz Digit with milestones, KPIs, and joint GTM activities
• Promote Sovereign Digitality within Schwarz Digit and the European partner ecosystem as part of the global GTM strategy
• Identify new market opportunities within the portfolio and craft plans with measurable targets
• Recruit, onboard, and grow distribution, VAR, reseller, and referral partnerships to expand market coverage
• Navigate a matrix organisation, aligning with European Sales, Channel, Alliance, Pre-Sales and Marketing
• Collaborate with Schwarz Digit Pre-Sales and Marketing to orchestrate joint GTM programs
• Extend partnership impact into Schwarz Group’s customer base and potential new fields such as Consumer
• Build strong C-level relationships within partner organisations and act as strategic ambassador
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to accelerate deal closure and forecasting
• Develop and implement a technical enablement strategy across channels
• Lead joint marketing efforts with partners and coordinate with field marketing for campaigns
• Drive partner participation in seminars, tradeshows, and digital channels for visibility
• Maintain knowledge of industry, territory, partners, and competitors while keeping CrowdStrike products and strategies current
• Maintain and grow STACKIT partnership while pursuing new strategic relationships
• Ensure end-customer engagements are supported through partner activities
• Foster executive relationships and ensure partner success through effective governance and reporting
• Travel as required to cover the territory and partner landscape

• Proven experience in Channel/Distribution sales with technology vendors in Germany
• Experience with Marketplace and Channel models, ideally in hyperscaler/cloud or sovereign cloud environments
• Track record of quota over-achievement and closing enterprise opportunities
• Ability to build and execute granular business plans with KPIs and pipeline discipline
• New partner development experience and established relationships with key channel decision-makers
• Knowledge of STACKIT/Schwarz Digit or similar cloud partners is a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management and high-level communication across all levels
• Hunter mentality with strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving
• Self-starter with leadership skills and ability to multitask in complex enterprise sales
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region and beyond
• Native German and business-level English proficiency
• Strong technical knowledge across security and networking is preferred
