Partner Development Manager

As Partner Development Manager, you will help grow Lucca’s German partner ecosystem and generate leads for the local sales team. You’ll identify and engage potential tech partners, manage a portfolio of collaborations, and enable partners through materials, events, and CRM processes. You will work with a global partnerships team to align strategies and stay aligned on product launches and roadmap updates. This role offers impact by expanding Lucca’s reach in Germany through a vibrant partner network that drives client success and adoption.

• Develop the Partner Network in Germany by identifying and approaching potential partners
• Manage and monitor the portfolio of partner prospects with partner sales teams, including tracking KPIs and opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations for partners and address product-related questions
• Hold regular meetings with partner representatives and support their bids and presentations
• Co-host events organized by partners (webinars, trade shows, forums, user clubs) and update commercial materials
• Stay informed on product launches and roadmap updates to align partners
• Ensure partner and client satisfaction and suggest process improvements
• Establish partner enablement processes with the operations team (workflows, CRM) and develop partner assets (presentations, documents)

• Bachelor or Master degree in business development or related field
• 1-2 years in a B2B sales role in the German market with a partnership mindset or key account management
• Knowledge of the HR domain is a plus
• Languages: German (C2), English (C1); French is a plus
