Overview

In this role, you partner with senior leaders across Germany to translate business priorities into practical People & Culture solutions. You’ll support strategic workforce decisions, lead or contribute to change initiatives, and strengthen the employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with regional teams to shape people strategy and drive cross-functional impact. Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Build strong relationships with Partners, managers and leaders across Germany
  • Serve as trusted advisor translating business priorities into People & Culture solutions
  • Understand talent priorities, organizational challenges and business needs
  • Support leaders through organizational change and workforce decisions
  • Provide commercially focused, legally sound employee relations guidance
  • Support managers with performance management and complex people issues
  • Ensure consistent policy application and escalate with People & Culture Advisors
  • Support annual processes (compensation, promotions, talent reviews, succession) and workforce planning
  • Use people data and business insights to inform decisions
  • Drive culture, engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and belonging initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen culture and employee experience
  • Support local and regional Responsible Business and DE&I priorities
  • Promote use of systems, automation, AI and digital tools in People & Culture processes
  • Lead or contribute to local, regional and international People & Culture projects
  • Deliver change initiatives with pace, structure and accountability
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken
  • 5+ years in HR, with substantial HRBP experience
  • Strong understanding of German employment law and HR practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building
  • Sound judgement handling sensitive employee relations matters
  • Strong analytical capability with people data and insights
  • Experience in a matrixed, international, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, accountable, solution-oriented
  • Comfort with HR systems, people data and emerging technologies including AI
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
