Pharmacy Service Excellence Issue Management Specialist

This position is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flow of Pharmacy related issues and/or intakes
• Maintain status updates of weekly Operations and Prioritization logs
• Inform Pharmacy Leadership of pressing issues and escape accordingly
• Train staff on the use of issues tracking software
• Coordinate departmental deliverable calendars

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years retail, hospital or other pharmacy experience
• 1 year managed care, PBM or other relevant experience
• Computer proficient in a Windows environment
• Beginner level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is preferred
