What Will You Do?

As an Associate Product Manager, Agent AI at Delivery Hero, you will contribute to the end-to-end development of AI Agent skills by participating in pre-release QA and identifying enhancements for high-quality user experiences. You will conduct research and data analysis to identify journey friction while translating findings into actionable user stories and monitoring KPIs. Additionally, you will design and execute A/B tests on conversational flows to improve automation, user retention, and overall performance across global markets.
