Praktikum (m/w/d) Service Operations / Operational Excellence

Our SaaS team in Germany is looking for you for an Internship at the earliest possible date.

Job Description:

Supporting internal projects to standardize and automate service processes
Analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
Working with various teams to document processes and recommend optimizations
Supporting the implementation of automation tools and process improvements
Insight into the operation of banking software and digital transformation initiatives

Required Skills:

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a comparable course of study
Interest in operational processes, process optimization and automation
Analytical mindset with a focus on detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams
Organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Hands-on mentality, a passion for development and a high level of motivation
Experience with Excel, Excel VBA & macros, PowerPoint, Jira, automation tools is an advantage
Fluent in English and German is an advantage
