As Principal Enterprise Architect RISE for Public & Energy - MU Germany, you guide customers through digital transformations using SAP technologies, advancing the RISE with SAP initiative and accelerating BTP adoption. You develop a reference Enterprise Architecture aligned with business goals, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to shape transformation plans. You provide architecture guidance, identify innovation use cases, and mitigate adoption risks while enforcing Clean Core principles. • Develop reference architecture and transformation plans aligned with customer objectives
• Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles
• Create a comprehensive reference Enterprise Architecture – RISE Model for customers
• Identify innovation use cases that support strategic and operational goals
• Advise customer management on architecture and transformation activities
• Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks
• Align customers and partners with SAP’s Clean Core strategy to accelerate BTP adoption
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts to drive value

• Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Informatics, or comparable education
• 9-11+ years of multinational enterprise architecture and transformation advisory experience
• Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation (process design through Go-Live)
• S/4HANA technical knowledge and/or SAP S/4HANA functional experience
• Professional training/certifications (e.g., LeanIX EAM, P_SAPEA_2023, TOGAF) as a plus
• Solid knowledge of SAP strategy and product portfolio
• Strong project management understanding and stakeholder management
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with senior management
