Process Manager (m/f/d) Customer Engagement and Transformation - limited to 24 months

The Process Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for delivering and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, from concept development through execution and benefits realization. The role requires structured project ownership within a defined scope, strong cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, high-quality project delivery.

The incumbent will work closely with Head Office teams, regional stakeholders, IT, QSC, and GCC, supporting alignment, transparency, and measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution and clear, structured communication. The role contributes to the delivery of the “Undisputed No. 1 for Quality” strategy.

Responsibilites

  • Translate Hapag-Lloyds Strategy 2030 objectives into project concepts and plans, focusing on commercial data
  • Define project scope, metrics, timelines, and governance, analyzing customer insights and market trends
  • Lead and support end-to-end project execution, collaborating with diverse teams for scalable solutions
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Support effective stakeholder collaboration and contribute to governance forums and meetings
  • Prepare C-level updates and dashboards using Salesforce Analytics, Qlik Sense and other tools for clear communication
  • Track KPIs and milestones, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes and supporting performance management
  • Proactively manage day-to-day stakeholder communication and address any alignment issues

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, preferably in Shipping or Logistics
  • A degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or IT-related field
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
  • A proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
