Product Management Lead (f/m/d) for SAP Market Communication for Utilities

In this role you take end-to-end ownership of SAP Market Communication for Utilities and related regulatory add-ons. You shape product strategy by blending regulatory needs with AI-supported product management to deliver reliable capabilities and measurable customer value. You lead discovery, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment, driving complex initiatives from validation to launch. As a central contact for stakeholders up to C-level, you ensure transparent planning and customer-focused delivery, while developing the PM team and promoting modern practices.

• Own product strategy and roadmaps, aligning development, field, and partners around priorities
• Manage discovery, validation, and launch of complex product initiatives
• Coordinate regulatory updates and ensure customer-oriented implementation
• Lead product management team, coach and develop team members
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders up to C-level as primary contact
• Promote AI-powered product management practices and adoption
• Analyze product performance and inform strategic decisions

• Several years of B2B software product management experience
• Leadership experience and disciplinary people management
• Experience with regulatory frameworks or regulated B22B environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business AI, agentic AI, or AI-powered product management
• Proficiency in German and English
