Product Lead - Front Office - (CX, Sales, Service Marketing, Commerce)

Lead a product management team shaping Front Office solutions within Celonis’ Business Apps. You will define strategy and roadmap, collaborate with customers, engineering, and UX to productize scalable front-office use cases, and drive value realization for customers using the Process Intelligence Platform. Your work accelerates the adoption of Celonis in customer-facing processes and scales impactful solutions across the client base. • Lead and build a team of product managers
• Define product strategy and roadmap for the Front Office domain
• Engage with customers to identify pain points in Procurement and related areas
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to scaling
• Leverage the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to develop new solutions
• Collaborate with platform PMs and engineers on feature development
• Partner with UX to define user experience
• Align with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Value Engineering and Sales across the organization

• 8+ years of experience in operational Front Office functions or related roles
• Deep understanding of CRM, Sales/Service Automation, Marketing/Commerce platforms
• Comprehensive knowledge of CX market trends
• Strong product development and go-to-market experience
• Experience in product marketing, messaging, and positioning
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication
• Fluent in English (German a plus)
