Munich Re Service GmbH - Lead Product Advisor (m/f/d)*

In this role you will shape and deliver advisory engagements that extend beyond standard Location Risk Intelligence capabilities. You translate physical climate risk data into clear, decision-ready guidance for clients in insurance, banking, corporate, and real estate. You will lead or support client meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. You’ll support sales with bespoke use cases and help shape product evolution through client insights. This is a hands-on advisory position at Munich Re’s climate risk platform, offering opportunities to make a measurable impact on risk decisions and resilience for diverse clients.

• Identify, shape and deliver advisory engagements beyond standard platform capabilities
• Analyse and translate physical climate risk data into actionable recommendations
• Lead or support client meetings and stakeholder interactions
• Support Sales in bespoke and complex use cases, including proposals and presentations
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors and improve advisory methods and assets
• Feed client insights into product development and service offerings

• 3+ years in consulting, specialist advisory, climate risk, sustainability, risk management or related field
• Understanding of physical climate risk or related domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex content into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development or pre-sales; proposal experience is a plus
• Proactive, collaborative, self-directed work style; ability to manage priorities and own delivery
• Senior Advisor: experience leading complex engagements, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring quality, mentoring colleagues (preferred)
